The brief

Acoustics By Design undertook a study of all the contact centres including holidays and insurance.

Solutions installed included ReSorb Islands across the large contact centre. Installed beneath the 6m high concrete ceiling the islands reduced the reflected noise.

The original lighting was extended to fit in the panels and all work was carried out during the night to minimise disruption to the business.

Other solutions included ReSorb Walls installed to various offices across several floors. These reduce the reverberation and increase speech intelligibility for conference calls.
